What is the return policy?

- Please note that no warranty is provided for electronic items.
- In the rare occurrence of receiving an incorrect product which is not what you ordered and still in its original packaging and unused, you can mail back the product to us. Once received, we will either issue you correct product you ordered or give you store credit for the amount.
- If stock runs out for a specific product, we will remove that specific product from your order and adjust the amount due and dispatch the remaining order with the adjusted invoice & amount.
- For orders over PKR 15,000/- we require a 50% deposit up front via bank transfer in order to confirm the order. The remainder of the balance can be paid as COD. You can also pay the full amount via Bank deposit.
- Cashback/ Discount codes not applicable on any promotional item.
When will I get my order?
Please expect 2-5 day delivery for both COD & Bank Wire clients. Delivery may take longer due to unexpected events.
How much is shipping?
The shipping cost varies on your total purchase amount. Once you place your order and are ready for check-out you can view the shipping cost before the order is final. For larger orders above PKR 15,000/- we offer free shipping. Whereas for orders under PKR 15,000/- our shipping charges are 350/-PKR nationwide.
How is my order delivered?
Your order is delivered by by one of our courier partners including M&P, Trax, Leopards and TCS.
